Honey Garlic Glazed Lamb Chops

These pork chops are incredibly tender and flavorful, with a beautiful glaze that caramelizes perfectly in the pan.

Ingredients:

  • 4 thick-cut pork chops
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Remove chops and set aside.
  5. In same pan, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  6. Whisk in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and thyme.
  7. Return chops to pan and spoon glaze over them.
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F.
  9. Stir in butter and serve immediately.

Don’t overcook the pork chops – they should be slightly pink in the center. Use a meat thermometer for perfect results every time.
